White Elephant Sale
Every year, Coral Ridge Towers Original holds its hallmark White Elephant Sale Ordinarily planned for January. the annual event is our most productive fund raising venue, enjoying broad participation and support by the membership. Please retain those valuables you would ordinarily dispose of and save them for use in the next White Elephant Sale! Since we lack adequate storage space, we ask that you hold on to your valuables until the annual sale is organized and ready to collect them. Just prior to the sale, usually some time in January, everyone's items are collected, sorted and price tagged. The Final Sale follows these preparations, helping to subsidize our needs. Anything not sold is donated to charity on the day after the sale.
Come out and support your Social Activities Committee - this is our main fund raising event for the year!

CRTO Floor Plans
& Stack Locations
Each of the 329 Units in the 17 - story Coral Ridge Towers Original building reflect one of six different floor plans. The six variations include a 500 sq. ft. Efficiency Unit, an 800 sq. ft. One Bedroom unit, 3 different Two Bedroom units ranging from 1120 sq ft. to 1300 sq. ft. and a large 1400 sq. ft. Three Bedroom unit. Atop each plan is it’s unit type. The plans are distributed throughout 22 building stacks. Indicated below each plan are the stacks wherein that floor plan is located. The Building Orientation Graphic demonstrates where each stack is located within CRTO as well as the building’s spatial orientation. The Stack Information Distribution Chart indicates the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the square footage, the direction faced and whether the units in a stack offer a view of the Intracoastal Waterway.
