 2008 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

In the past year, many projects have been completed.  We have installed a new emergency generator, cooling towers, and both A.C. and domestic water pumps.  We have also completed our annual cleaning of the A.C. drain lines, individual A.C. units, and kitchen and bathroom sewer drain lines.  The dumpster area enclosure has been completed, and a new ramp and entrance to the pump room is now complete.  The pump room has also been remodeled for maintenance use.  Repairs have been made to the perimeter wall, and the 2x4 ceiling tiles in the hallways have been replaced.

Current and upcoming projects include a new boiler, and replacement of doors on some of the balconies, as well as in other areas on our property.  Additional sconces have been ordered for the hallways, and new pool furniture should be arriving shortly.
