 Built in 1998 L’Hermitage II sits right on the Atlantic Ocean abutting 650 feet of oceanfront. The 29-story building offers panoramic views to each of its 222 units. A sunning deck with Poolside Café is available after you are done swimming in one of two lagoon style swimming pools or relaxing in the whirlpool spa. A health and fitness center with state of the art equipment complete with ladies and men’s saunas, showers and locker rooms is available 24 hours a day.
 L’Hermitage II offers its residents use of the beautiful Ocean Room, complete with bar area and kitchen for parties grand or intimate. If billiards is your passion, the Sports Lounge is available for your playing pleasure. For those afternoon card games, there also is a beautifully appointed Card Room. Two tennis courts are located just steps from the building.
 L’Hermitage II provides 24-hour security services utilizing cameras, motion sensors, gated entry and uniformed guards. The lobby security desk monitors each camera and unit alarm systems ring directly to the desk.
Valet Service, Pool/Beach Attendants, full-time Concièrge and Maintenance Staff keep the building running at first-rate efficiency.
